03 MarketKuta Art Market and shopping
The Kuta Art Market and the surrounding streets are a dense run of stalls and shops selling souvenirs, clothing and crafts. Sarongs, beachwear, wood carvings and trinkets fill the stalls, with prices open to friendly bargaining. Larger malls nearby add air-conditioned shopping and international brands. It is an easy place to pick up gifts and beach kit in the cooler hours.

04 Quieter sandLegian Beach

Sunset here draws a slightly quieter crowd than central Kuta. It is a good choice for a relaxed beach afternoon within walking distance of the shops.
